    48 Hour Post Thanksgiving Detox

    I am DETOXING from Thanksgiving….I meant to post this earlier in the week, but alas, I had NO ENERGY, due to my Thanksgiving gluttony… During Thanksgiving weekend, I indulged in heavy cream, beef, pork, BACON, turkey, salt, salt and more salt, lack of vegetables, too much coffee, too much wine, chocolate, pumpkin pie, starchy potatoes….it was all SO GOOD. I know it’s not healthy, but I do believe that part of what makes us “healthy” is how much we enjoy life! I so enjoyed the

    Thanksgiving Gratitude

    I’m not just grateful on Thanksgiving, I’m grateful always, as you know. Sometimes it’s really difficult to find a grateful thought when you are struggling but if you really get into the mindset of gratitude…..there will always be something to be thankful for! Practiced regularly, a grateful attitude will bring JOY into your heart. I missed my Music Monday yesterday, so I will add a song at the end of this list to make up for it 🙂 Here are my top 10 things that I am grateful
